You may be eligible to claim a significant proportion of your fees from Medicare, dependent upon having a referral and “Mental Health Care Plan” from your doctor. This entitles you to 10 individual therapy sessions with Medicare rebates per calendar year.

A proportion of your fees may also be redeemable from your private health insurance depending on your health plan.

WA Police Officers do not require any up-front payment. Under a “Preferred Provider” arrangement (similar to EAP services), all sessions provided will be invoiced directly to WAPOL, with identity remaining confidential.
